most research on the effect of rural industry has measured two main features: a) an oriented. b) economic impacts (jobs and income. the research method has been qualitative which has studied the effects of the large gas refinery industry on the economy of rural areas and in other dimensions (social and environmental) follow villagers from their perspective is. results show that industrial development and technological progress of the persian gas refinery establishment has controversial effects on village of khozy near of the city of mohr in fars province. on the one hand, to create jobs and sustainable incomes and providing infrastructure facilities, opportunities and capacities has provided many villagers, in the other hand social and environmental consequences of development that led to his injury - have caused different social harms.
